
Welcome back! Coming back from winter break may not be the most enjoyable, but it is something we must all do. Below are some tips to get you back into the school groove!
- 7-8 hours of sleep! Most of us have grown accustomed to going to bed late; now we no longer have that privilege. Try going to sleep at the usual time you did before the winter break.
- Water intake! Over the break, most of us were enjoying sodas. Well, now that we’re entering the second semester, our brains need us more than ever, so it’s important to stay hydrated.
- Healthy diet choices. Similar to sodas, I’m sure most of us enjoyed several sweet treats over the break. Try to return to the healthier eating habits you had before Christmas to maintain your health.
- Ease your brain back in. It may be difficult to enter full-on “study mode” after such a long break. So, make a short list of what’s due this week so nothing sneaks up on you.
With these tips in mind, let’s enter into a successful second semester!
